Tony Caristo is Managing Director of RPC Technologies and formerly General Manager of Transfield Corrosion Protection Group (incorporating RPC). Tony was instrumental in the formation of RPC Technologies Companies, the acquisition of Transform Rail Interiors, and the acquisition of the Permaglass business.
Director Ralph Asquith
Formerly Commercial Director of Transform Composites Pty Ltd, controlling Commercial and Operational aspects of the Rail Interiors business. Ralph joins the board of RPC Technologies as Director in 2004.
Independent Advisor Enrico Piccioli
Enrico has been advisor to the Board of Directors since July 2008.He brings to RPC 40 years of experience in corrosion protection, reinforced plastic composites, structural steel fabrication, heavy engineering and the construction industry.
With this wealth of knowledge and experience, he has proved to be an asset to the Board in developing and facilitating conceptual approaches on a strategic front.
