RPC Composite pipes secure Australia’s modern water and sewer infrastructure
Composite pipe systems are becoming the preferred material for Australia’s major water and sewer infrastructure and general infrastructure projects. In the latest of a growing number of projects, RPC Pipe Systems (RPC PS) based in Adelaide, a wholly owned subsidiary of the RPC Technologies Pty Ltd, is manufacturing and supplying, via its distributor Iplex, FLOWTITE® continuous filament wound glass reinforced plastic (GRP) pipe to upgrade and expand 8.5km of vital sewerage infrastructure in Melbourne’s northern growth corridor.
The Australian Army’s largest vehicle modernisation program is now underway as the Department of Defence officially received the first trucks and trailers as part of project LAND 121 Phase 3B.
After starting construction in June 2015, the installation of the Amaroo Main Sewer is progressing in leaps and bounds.
