RPC completed an independent Business Review from Enterprise Connect in 2011 after they identified the need to improve the efficiency of their operation. Enterprise Connect Business Adviser, John Mills conducted a business review workshop with the management team which confirmed a number of improvement opportunities, including the benefit of adopting Lean manufacturing principles throughout the business.
