Corio
The newest of RPC's facilities, the Corio factory was built in 2010 to be the flagship for RPC's Australian operations with the assistance of the Geelong Investment and Innovation Fund (GIFF).
There are approximately 15 office personnel and 100 factory personnel working at our Corio site. The land area is 10,000 square metres, with the buildings occupying 5,500 square metres, and the site allows for 24-hour operation as needed.
The manufacturing equipment installed at the Corio site includes:
- 2 x Numerically Controlled (2 axis) Filament Winders
- 3 x 10 tonne Overhead Cranes
- 1 x 20 tonne Overhead Crane
- 1 x 10 tonne Semi Portable Crane
- Dedicated Grinding Equipment
- Dust Extraction Equipment
- 2 x 2.5 tonne Forklifts
- 1 x 5 tonne Forklift
- 1 x 10 tonne Mobile Crane
- 1 x Temperature Controlled Infusion Room
