Tony Caristo Managing Director of the RPC Technologies Group joined the Group in 1997 and was formerly General Manager of Transfield Corrosion Protection incorporating the RPC composites business. Previous to this Tony spent 7 years as General Manager of the Trans Bakrie Joint Venture in Indonesia. Tony has been instrumental in the formation of the RPC Technologies Group and the acquisition of Transform Rail Interiors.

With over 35 years experience in factory and project management, in both Australia and overseas, Tony D'Andreti was engaged as Manager Defence Projects to continue his work in the management of RPC defence work. Tony's new role encompasses the development and management of specialist fabrication and refurbishment of military equipment to ballistic and composite products for all defence projects.

Stephen Bradley
Stephen recently joined RPC Technologies
following the acquisition of Transform Rail Interiors and the decision to
relocate the financial and administrative services for the group to the
Broadmeadow site. He brings 30 years experience working in financial roles in
steel manufacturing and mining service industries to RPC
Technologies.

Peter Groch
With an extensive background as a Civil Design and Project Engineer Peter Groch was employed by RPC in 1994. Peter took up his post in Singapore as Regional Manager South East Asia in May 1995 and has lived and worked in the region until his return to Australia in 2006, gaining extensive experience in local projects. Peter's new role extends to development and management of all Industrial Projects within the group. Asian projects.

Andrew Sarich
Andrew Sarich was Operations Manager - Newcastle. Andrew, previously Commercial Manager, joined RPC through the acquisition of Transform Rail Interiors. Andrew's new role oversees the operations at Broadmeadow, Kooragang Island, PT RPC Indonesia and the establishment of the New Geelong Facility.

Simon Karpeles, Manager Engineering and Sales is a Bachelor of Civil Engineering with extensive experience in the composites industry. Starting with the original RPC company in 1988 and developing his skills through the Transfield RP/C era, Simon has acquired unique experience in the design, tendering, engineering and implementation of major composite structures and projects.

Leigh Spencer, Technical Services Manager, is a Bachelor of Applied Science specialising in materials. Leigh's wealth of experience in directing technical innovation has been fundamental to the success of the Rail Interiors operation. Evolution of technical innovation will remain Leigh's primary focus.

With a background in Mechanical Engineering Paul has over 10 years experience in the transport sector including design, project and operational management. Paul was acquired through the acquisition of Transform and has been an invaluable asset to the success of the RPC Transport operation.

Joining RPC in 2007, Richard brings over 12 years experience in Quality Assurance and Occupational Health and safety management. Richard originally comes from a Mechanical Engineering background with over 25 years experience within the areas of Defence and private enterprise
