Vent & Waste Gas Exhaust Stacks

RPC Technologies Pty Ltd manufacture and supply a comprehensive range of custom fabricated FRP (Fibre Reinforced Plastic) stacks, chemically and structurally engineered to resist a wide range of severe chemical service environments and suited to continuous operating temperatures up to 180º C.

In addition to their resistance to internal and corrosion, FRP stacks are immune to all external corrosion, ultra violet degradation will not rust.

In response to the rapidly increasing demand for corrosion resistant structures, RPC has developed a complete range of fibreglass reinforced plastic (FRP) corrosion resistant stacks suitable for handling a wide variety of chemical service conditions.

FRP stacks are typically manufactured in flanged sections from premium quality polyester and vinyl ester resins and are designed to meet each customers specific strength and serviceability requirements.

The natural corrosion resistance meets the demanding environmental conditions by resisting structural damage from chemical corrosion and thus significantly reducing maintenance and operating costs. The lightweight and versatile nature permits complex shapes at low cost whilst allowing efficient on-site handling and assembly, minimal ongoing maintenance and an expected design life in excess of 20 years.
