Dr. Vitoon Vivatrat has been Chairman of the Board of Directors of RPC Technologies since June 2002. He was formerly a Director of Asian Chemical and Engineering Co. Ltd (ACE).
Danai is Deputy Chairman and is also Managing Director of Asian Chemical & Engineering Co. Ltd and its sister company ACE Technologies Co. Danai has been a member of the Board since June 2002.
Nithi was appointed Director of the RPC Board of Directors in August 2014 bringing with him deep experience in the IT sector, specifically in the Defence and intelligence sectors.
Tony Caristo is Managing Director, prior to this, from 1997 Tony was the General Manager of Transfield Corrosion Protection incorporating the RPC composites business. Previous to this Tony spent seven years as General Manager of the Trans Bakrie Joint Venture in Indonesia.
Tony was instrumental in the formation of the RPC Technologies Group in 2002 and the acquisition of Transform Rail Interiors in 2004.
Andrew Sarich joined RPC Technologies in April 2006 and currently, he is the General Manager – Plant Operations.
Reporting to the Group General Manager, Andrew has responsibility for achieving agreed performance and growth targets within RPC Technologies’ Broadmeadow, Corio and Batam (Indonesia) Plants.
Andrew has in excess of 15 years’ experience in composites manufacturing and contracting and holds a Bachelor of Business degree from Newcastle University and is a former Board Member of the Water Industry Alliance.
Keith Pattison joined RPC and the Group CFO in August 2013. Prior to this he had been CFO of the Australasian operations of a number of Multinational companies since 2001 and has worked with companies such as Schenck Process, Otis Elevators and Philips Electronics. Initially qualified as Chartered Accountant in London before transferring to Sydney with KPMG in 1992, he has recently been elected as Chair of the thriving Sydney City Croup of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales.
